Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Rates

We offer Standard Shipping to addresses within the European Union. The shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order, as follows:

1 item: €10
2 items: €15
3 or more items: €20

Please note that the shipping rates may be subject to change without notice.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €100. The free shipping offer is only available for orders shipped within the European Union.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the carrier. We recommend that you track your package and contact the carrier directly if you have any issues with the delivery.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package from the carrier’s facility, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
